Your orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your tracking number which allows you to track your order via the Australia Post website or the website of your assigned courier for international shipping. If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
